This one racking unit, 19-inch rack-mountable chassis is
capable of holding up to 4 VIPER modular cards. The chassis is used for both wiring closet and headend VIPER applications. A single chassis with appropriate modular cards is capable of handling up to 16 fixed or pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) cameras. In addition, a combination of both fixed and PTZ cameras can be supported by a single chassis. PTZ Control is built into the chassis and backplane.
