BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jupiter Systems, the industry leader in display wall technology and an early investor in China, today announced record sales of its PixelNet and Fusion display wall processors in the Chinese market. These sales include two of the largest PixelNet systems anywhere in the world installed at Guangdong Mobile (13 x 4 DLP) and Fujian Police (10 x 5 DLP) and one of the largest Jupiter Fusion 980 systems installed at Yanshan Petroleum (16 x 4 DLP). Jupiter products enable visualization command-and-control control environments, including those used by the military and in law enforcement, and industry-specific capabilities for airport transportation, railways, seaports and highway traffic management, water, power, public security, mining, telecommunications, broadcast, finance and enterprise markets.
“Jupiter Systems’ sales success can be attributed to many factors,” said Chuck Kelley, Chairman of Jupiter Systems China. “Jupiter Systems’ early investment in the country, a wholly-owned subsidiary with full manufacturing capability, an experienced sales and service team, a strong base of Chinese partners, and the industry’s highest quality, most reliable high performance products all set the stage for these strong results. Jupiter Systems China subsidiary has experienced substantial growth over the past several years, once again delivering the second largest single-country contribution to Jupiter’s global revenues.”
“Jupiter’s high performance display wall processors are the result of an ambitious, long-term sales strategy,” said Guomin Zhang, General Manager of Jupiter Systems China. “We have expanded Jupiter’s sales team and presence in Beijing (North China), Shenyang (Northeast China) and Xi’an (Northwest China); completed two extensive company road shows in Shenyang and Beijing; and deepened our local partnerships with global display wall manufacturers, Christie, Planar and Twinflag, which is one of the largest professional LCD manufacturers in China.”
Record Chinese investment in infrastructure, including highways, airports, power generation and distribution, mining, industry and security, not only have helped fuel China’s strong economic growth but also have contributed to Jupiter’s success.
